You get a two‑hour arrival window at booking. If traffic or the job before yours runs long, you are told, with a new time. And if something is missed, you have 24 hours to send a photo and we schedule the re‑clean free. That is in writing, in the terms.

Before you book
What cleaning can, and cannot, fix.
We would rather tell you now than at your door. Some things are a paint job, not a clean, and we will say so.
Dust, grease, soap scum, hard water, grime and surface buildup all come off, and that is the bulk of any clean. But discolouration that has soaked into paint, grout or a floor finish is inside the material, and scrubbing harder only strips the surface around it.
When a baseboard has yellowed through, or a stain has set into the pad under a carpet, the honest fix is a painter or a carpet company. We will clean it as far as cleaning goes and tell you straight what the rest would take.
