- Every horizontal surface damp-wiped, dust lifted rather than pushed around
- Walls dry-dusted and spot-cleaned, drywall dust and fingerprints removed
- Reachable ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, and vent covers cleaned
- Air vents and returns wiped, registers dusted
- Light switches, outlet covers, and door hardware cleaned
- All doors and door frames wiped down
- Baseboards and trim wiped free of construction dust
- Adhesive residue, stickers, and labels removed from fixtures, appliances, and glass
- Protective film peeled from fixtures and appliances where the installer left it
- Inside all cabinets, drawers, and pantry, every shelf wiped free of sawdust and debris
- Cabinet exteriors, handles, and pulls cleaned

No — most post-construction cleans happen in empty homes or job sites before move-in. You can leave a lockbox or key with your GC and we coordinate from there.
Yes — we do rough-phase cleans to clear debris so trades can continue safely, and final-phase cleans once all work is complete. Note which phase you need in the quote tool.
