Every shelf, drawer, and door seal pulled, degreased, and reset. This one is an add-on, and on jobs like this it earns its keep.

Fine drywall dust and paint flecks vacuumed, damp-wiped, then mopped and dry-passed so the finish came back.
Post-construction

The trades had finished and the debris was out, but the house was still a construction site: drywall dust sitting on every ledge of the coffered ceiling, paint flecks on the window glass, stickers on the door hardware, and a film of fine particulate over the tile that came straight back the moment anyone walked through.
We worked top down, because on a post-construction clean anything else just moves the dust around. Ceiling coffers and fan blades first, then light fixtures, vents, and the tops of the trim. Walls dry-dusted, then spot-cleaned where the installers had left handprints. Window glass cleaned streak-free, sills and tracks cleared of the grit that collects in the channels. Adhesive residue and protective film peeled off the door and the fixtures.
Floors went last, on purpose: vacuumed, mopped, then finished with a dry pass, so the tile stayed clean instead of drying to a haze. The crew walked every room before leaving. The client got the keys the next morning.
Move-out
Cleaned to walkthrough standard.
Move-out cleans are performances for an audience of one: the landlord, buyer, or property manager doing the walkthrough. That is a different job from making a home feel nice. It means going after the specific places an inspection actually looks.
On this one the oven was the headline. Baked-on residue on the racks, the door glass, and the floor of the cavity, all of it cut back until the glass was clear enough to see the element through. Cabinet and drawer interiors wiped out shelf by shelf. Pantry shelves, walls, and floor sanitized. Sink and faucet descaled rather than just polished, because hard water leaves a crust that a wipe-down will not touch.
Bathrooms got the full treatment: tub, shower, glass, toilet in all five named parts, and the vanity cabinets emptied and wiped. Baseboards, trim, and door frames cleaned and brightened. Window sills and tracks cleared. Floors vacuumed and mopped last.
Before and after photos went out with the job, which is exactly what you want in your hand when a deposit is being discussed.
Recurring · Suwanee
A lived-in home, kept level.
This Suwanee house is the kind of job that never produces a dramatic before photo, and that is the whole point. It is on a recurring plan, so the crew is not fighting three months of buildup. They are holding a line.
Dark hardwood across the main floor shows every footprint and every streak, so floors get swept and mopped, then finished with a dry pass. The island and counters are wiped and disinfected, the sink and faucet cleaned and polished, appliance exteriors done including the fronts everyone touches. Stainless gets its own cloth so it comes back streak-free rather than smeared.
Beams and light fixtures get dusted on the visits where they need it. Cushions and throws straightened, beds made, mirrors and glass cleaned streak-free, high-touch surfaces wiped throughout. The same lead cleaner comes back each time, which is why nobody has to explain the house twice.
